New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Ltd was operating a legacy, on-premises ERP system that struggled to meet growing business demands. The existing infrastructure lacked scalability and high availability, creating performance bottlenecks during peak operational periods. Frequent downtime risks impacted production planning, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Additionally, the legacy environment required complex manual management, resulting in higher operational costs and limited visibility into system performance. Security controls were difficult to maintain, and disaster recovery capabilities were insufficient to support business continuity requirements.
